Appointments
Appointments can be booked by telephone, online, email, or in person. We kindly request that patients arrive on time for all appointments. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling of the appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary, including repeated missed appointments or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other patients.
Deposits & Payments
Certain treatments, consultations, and promotional offers may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable and may be non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or non-attendance.
Full payment for treatment is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Finance options are subject to eligibility and approval by the finance provider.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 working hours’ notice for cancellation or rearrangement of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
Repeated missed appointments may result in removal from our patient list or refusal of future bookings.
Treatment & Consent
All treatment plans, prices, and estimated treatment times are provided based on the clinical information available at the time of examination. Additional treatment may become necessary following further assessment or during treatment.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical and dental history information. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
Treatment will only proceed once informed consent has been obtained.
Promotional Offers & Open Day Offers
Any promotional offers, discounts, complimentary products, or free services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.
Open day offers, including complimentary whitening, discounted treatments, or finance promotions, are available only to eligible patients who attend the event and meet clinical suitability requirements following assessment by a dentist.
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Finance
Finance options are offered through third-party providers and are subject to status and approval. Ecclesall Dental Care is not responsible for finance decisions made by external providers.
Patients remain responsible for payment of treatment fees if finance applications are declined.
