Youssef qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2019. While studying, he was recognised for his outstanding communication skills and his dedication to student services. He even earned a nomination
for the prestigious Oral Surgery Prize – a nod to his passion for complex dental procedures, which continues to shape his work today. Since completing his degree, Youssef has honed his skills further in hospital settings and now splits his time between general dentistry and his role as a Speciality Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He brings his expertise in complex extractions, minor oral surgery, and sedation – ensuring every patient receives top-tier care tailored to their individual needs. Youssef is known for his calm and patient-centered approach, especially with those who might feel nervous about dental visits. His goal is to create a stress-free experience, building trust and keeping patients informed and involved in every step of their treatment journey. When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll find Youssef enjoying the great outdoors with a scenic hike or curled up with a good book. And, if he weren’t a dentist, he might have swapped his instruments for an apron and become a baker – he certainly has a love for all things food!

When she’s not helping you achieve a perfect smile, Aleena is either travelling the world or baking delicious treats – her cookies are almost as sweet as her care! With a warm heart and skilled hands, she’s here to make sure you feel relaxed and looked after at every appointment.

Meet Mel, our lovely dental therapist who has been an integral part of the team since 2002, starting her journey as a dental nurse before expanding her expertise in dental radiography and dental sedation. In 2012, she proudly earned her diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy from the University of Sheffield. Passionate about her work,
Mel is known for patient-centered approach offering not only exceptional care but also valuable advice to help patients maintain optimal oral health. She truly enjoys making a positive impact on her patients’ well-being. Outside of work, Mel loves supporting her husband’s band, has recently started learning Spanish, and enjoys planning sunny getaways to recharge. She’s always ready for her next holiday in the sun!
